Per Server/Workstation Support Plan.
NOTE: This support service requires Windows Remote Desktop Connection to be available. If it is not available the purchase by the customer of remote control software for $200 is required. An Internet connection with a permanent IP address or Dynamic DNS client or dedicated modem is also required. Monthly Premium Plans.These are monthly plans, with the premium charged and billed monthly in advance. These plans are designed to give an increased level of assurance, as the calls under these plans take precedence over Casual Support Plan calls, and will usually be acted upon within 60 minutes of the call. Response time guarantees are the same however as the Casual Plan. Call support will be provided using on-site or off-site methods.
Call time is calculated on the time taken to research, test and implement a viable solution to the problem and includes any travel time if on-site visit is required. The time is rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes. Casual Support PlanThe support is charged at different rates, based on how you want the support to be provided.
